This one is actually one of twenty songs off of a mixtape by Mick Boogie & Terry Urban. "Viva La Hova" is a mashup mixtape of Coldplay and Jay Z. Separately, they are already two incredible artists/groups. Together, well, of course it's even better. If you enjoy this then look up the "Viva La Hova" mixtape and listen to the whole thing.
